I am originally from the metro-Detroit area. Prior to attending Rutgers, I received a BA in philosophy from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and an MA in communication & linguistics from the University of Illinois -   Urbana Champaign. When am lucky enough to have some spare time on my hands, I enjoy exercising, book clubs, and working on the potter's wheel.
